Thank you for shopping with Oud Al Abraj. We are committed to delivering your fragrances safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and national holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

During peak seasons, festive sales (Eid, Diwali, etc.), or new product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship to almost all pin codes across India through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.
Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping applies to standard domestic orders within India only. Special or remote locations may attract additional charges, which will be communicated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp

A link to track your shipment on the courier partner's website
You can also log in to your account on oudalabraj.com and check your Order History for real-time updates.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ads@oudalabraj.com.
5. Unserviceable Pin Codes
Certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our standard courier partners. In such cases:

We will notify you within 1–2 business days of placing the order.

We will attempt to arrange an alternate courier solution or India Post delivery.

If no delivery option is available, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
6. Fragrance Packaging & Safety
All our fragrance and attar products are carefully packed with protective foam padding, bubble wrap, and sealed packaging to prevent leakage or breakage in transit.

Attar bottles are individually wrapped and secured.
-
Perfume spray bottles are packed with additional cushioning.

All parcels are sealed and tamper-evident for your safety.
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at ads@oudalabraj.com with photos.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Oud Al Abraj is not liable for delays caused by:

Courier partner delays or logistical issues

Natural disasters, weather disruptions, or force majeure events

Public holidays or strikes
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Customs clearance (for international orders)
In case of an unusual delay, please write to us at ads@oudalabraj.com and we will coordinate with our courier partner on your behalf.
8. International Shipping [Currently Not Serviceable]
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping availability and charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Important for International Orders:

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or GST applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Oud Al Abraj has no control over customs charges and cannot predict them.

All shipments are declared as "Merchandise" at actual paid value. We do not undervalue or misdeclare shipments.

International orders are non-cancellable once dispatched.
9. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Customer being unavailable

Incorrect address or contact number provided

Refusal to accept the parcel
The parcel will be returned to our facility (RTO). In such cases:

Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

If a refund is requested after RTO, original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted.
10. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please:

Check with neighbors, security, or household members.

Contact the courier partner directly with your tracking number.
-
Write to us at ads@oudalabraj.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
We will raise a formal investigation with our courier partner. Resolutions may take 5–7 business days.
11. Changes to Delivery Address
Address changes can be requested before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
To request an address change before dispatch, email us immediately at ads@oudalabraj.com with your Order ID and the updated address.
