6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India and to select international locations. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched to the courier partner. Any delivery disputes must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date by contacting us at ads@oudalabraj.com.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we maintain a limited return and refund policy. Returns may be accepted only in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery by writing to ads@oudalabraj.com with photos and order details. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.

We do not accept returns based on personal preference, fragrance dissatisfaction, or change of mind, as fragrances are subjective in nature.

Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
